Overview

We are currently seeking Servers to join our team!  Flexible hours and days are available; just ask and we are happy to discuss with you!  After school, around other sport or extra curricular activities and/or responsibilites are possible: days, afternoons, evenings.  Join a team who has fun together and enjoys interacting with our caring residents.

Responsibilities

 
  • The Dining Server is responsible for creating an enjoyable dining experience for residents and their guests.
  • Follows established style and order of service while serving in the specified dining area and at special functions.
  • Responsible for clearing dishes and busing.
  • Resets tables, maintains a clean, neat appearance. 
  • Follows established style and order of service while serving and at special functions, follows sequence of service.
  • Performs assigned side jobs on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Follows all safety and sanitation rules and regulations.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by leadership and assists in other Dining areas as needed.
  • Follows rules concerning personal appearance and work performance, adhering to all service training and expectations.
  • Assumes responsibility for self-safety and that of immediate work environment.
  • Attending annual in-service on body mechanics, right-to-know laws, and fire and safety procedures.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, and to maintain a professional attitude towards co-workers and management.
  • Adheres to all Community Policies and Procedures.
  • Additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications

  • No experience required.
  • Must be 15 years of age or older.
  • Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50lb. 
  • Possesses the ability to follow instructions, works well with others and maintains a good rapport with residents.
