LPN/RN Per Diem - Assisted Living Unit

Webster at Rye is currently seeking a Per Diem LPN or RN for our Assisted Living and Memory Care Community! Flexible days are available; just ask and we are happy to discuss with you!  Join a team who has fun together and enjoys interacting with our caring Residents. Our shifts are 6a-2p, 2p-10p, and 10p-6a.

• Assuming responsibilities for execution of the doctor's orders.
• Administration of medications as prescribed by physician and performing treatments as prescribed and necessary.
• Accurately reporting patient symptoms, reactions and progress, and being responsible for recording of medications, treatments and observations.
• Maintaining good relationships with residents and their families and friends; co-workers.

• Demonstrate knowledge and competence in her/his area of practice by vigilant patient observation and assessment.
• She/he should demonstrate the ability to supervise and teach other staff and maintain up-to-date knowledge.
• Qualifications should include graduation from a state accredited school of nursing, current licensure to practice professional nursing in the State of New Hampshire and progressive experience in the nursing field.
