In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our mission-driving community occupancy by building genuine connections with prospective residents and decision-makers, guiding them through the process and helping them take their next steps.

 

This is a hands-on, relationship-driven sales role where you’ll use our CRM and other technology tools to track every step of the sales process and strategically nurture leads. You’ll host engaging events to generate interest, offer personalized tours tailored to each prospect’s needs, and provide ongoing support from the first inquiry through their decision to join our community/program. Staying current on market trends and the competitive landscape will keep you ahead of the curve, ensuring that you can position our community as a top choice.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, person-focused relationships with prospective residents and members, guiding them through every stage of the sales process.
  • Conduct personalized tours, host events, and use CRM tools to manage inquiries, track leads, and meet sales and membership goals.
  • Coordinate the full application process in partnership with internal teams, ensuring a smooth transition into the community or program.
  • Maintain and engage a waitlist, monitor market trends, and support marketing initiatives to drive occupancy and program growth.
  • Represent Silverstone Living positively in the community and uphold our mission, policies and safety standards.
  • Other tasks assigned by the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in sales within the senior living industry or a closely related field.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems to manage and nurture leads and comfortable with technology.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong sales skills with a tailored, person-centric approach to building relationships and closing opportunities.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
