In conjunction with the Life Enrichment Director, the Fitness Instructor is responsible for providing excellent customer service to the residents of the community by planning and facilitating the execution of resident trips, inhouse activities and events, to include research, clerical responsibilities to include: Life Enrichment calendars, fliers and other advertising, work orders & dining requests. Work closely with the trips driver and medical appointment driver coordinating the transportation schedules.   Facilitating the independent living movie committee, supporting the outreach committee, ordering movies, and collaborating directly with the residents to ensure three movie nights per week are implemented.
